terms of service

general

  • I reserve the right to decline your commission request if I think that I'm unable to do it or I don't feel uncomfortable with it

  • I do not do rush delivery

  • Commissions will take between 1 week - 5 weeks, depending on the level of details, complexity and overall work I have to do. It may change depending on personal circumstances as well, I will let you know if ever

  • You are allowed 2 revisions: 1st revision - Sketching phase, you can take your time here to do any major changes that you want. 2nd revision - Base coloring phase, only colors and minor details can be changed! No changes allowed after approvals

  • Once done, you will receive your commission via your preferred method of communication

  • Commissioned art can be used as profile icons, banners, and to post with credit

  • Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. Do not sell or make profit out of it. This includes but not limited to being printed on any form of merchandise for sale, as assets in advertisements or streams

  • For commercial use a fee will be included, please discuss with me if you are interested

  • I reserves the right to include client's commission work to my portfolio and/or upload to public websites

  • If I agree to your commission, please pay full price (USD) upfront through paypal. I will send an invoice. Only after the payment is made, I will start as soon as I can

  • No refunds and/or cancellation after payment, unless otherwise agreed upon

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Term of Service stated below.
